Match™ Software

Capture and Model

Match™ Developer allows you to formalise and store knowledge for easy access (aka consultation) and maintenance. Knowledge is stored in knowledge bases which can be accessed(consulted) remotely or locally. A knowledge base consists of decision tables which allows for a high level of transparency while Match™ Developer provides guides and feedback to facilitate the knowledge formalisation and optimisation process while guarding the integrity of the stored knowledge. The knowledge base can be tested by using the bundled Match™ Player.

Use and Share directly

The knowledge in the knowledge bases can then be used throughout the organisation to help and guide people in their daily tasks. Knowledge Values provides different tools to access the knowledge depending on context of use. Match™ Web Player allows users to access the knowledge in the knowledge base through internet or intranet while Match Forms allows for higher customisation of the web interface. Generic Knowledge Player is a desk-top application for small scale deployment.

Gain Insight

Match™ Dashboard can be used throughout the process to monitor the use of the knowledge bases and simulate possible scenarios of knowledge base use. These findings can then be used to improve the knowledge base and highlight problems in the process.
